Do members ever pay anything?

No. Members access the full Steward platform at zero cost. The organization partnership covers all member access — no freemium limits, no credit card required from members.

How long does integration take?

Most organizations are fully live within 5 business days. Day 1: agreement and onboarding call. Days 2–3: roster connection via SSO, CSV, or API. Days 4–5: pilot test and launch.

What member management systems do you support?

We support SSO via SAML 2.0 and OAuth 2.0, direct REST API sync, and CSV import. Common integrations include Wild Apricot, Salesforce, Workday, ADP, and most AMS/VMS platforms.

Can I see the platform before signing up?

Yes. We offer both an organization admin demo and a member-facing demo. No account required — just visit the demo pages or request a live walkthrough.

Is there a free trial?
